And it’s written by someone who knows the realities of business because I’ve been there.
My background includes decades of service in private industry. Roles have included a variety of management positions focusing on operations, human resources, mentoring/ training, compliance, marketing and general administration. I also held positions in marketing services/support and worked as an economist and market analyst.
My writing experience includes freelancing for magazines, with my articles and essays appearing in trade and newsstand publications. I am a former partner in a writing service, where I created copy for businesses and PR agencies. I am also past owner of a communication firm providing marketing services to businesses.
